TAF oil plc has opened its 17th service station here in Addis Ababa in the presence of Guest of honor Wr/o Dagmawit Moges Deputy head of Addis Ababa city administration Trade and Industry Bureau, General Manager and Owner of ELCO, invited guests, stake holders, dealers of TAF fuel stations, friends of dealer Ato Nesero Gragn and business communities.
The station with all its service was constructed and furnished by the owner and the company at a cost of 27 Million birr
The station has a special attraction design where the canopy is the first of its kind in Africa that was designed and constructed by sister company and engineers
Other than the station and service center we have developed the adjacent round about by the name German round about at a cost of Birr 1.5 Million that give a great pleasure or attraction for Mekanissa residents and specifically for those who daily use the road to ring road through round about
The center and roundabout was officially opened by the guest of honor and owner of ELCO on February 9, 2003
TAF oil was established by Ethiopian Nationals in 2002 and started operation in 2003 with having two fuel stations namely Burayu and Gelan and a depot with the storage capacity of 500, 000 Lt found 125 KM far from Addis Ababa around Welencheti.
